We have a private caretaker who can usually handle any issues that arise in short order as well as snow removal after storms. We are located directly across the street from Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort in the Engineer Village sub-division. You can walk, drive, bike, or take resort shuttle across the street to ski, bike, dine, etc. The location can't be beat; virtually on top of the resort yet just far enough to enjoy a true mountain home. Several major trail-heads are just steps from the house. As our guest you will also enjoy access to private amenities at the base area normally reserved for owners including; awesome fitness center, private locker room, and huge outdoor pool and spa. Just call the on demand resort shuttle and they will pick you up at the front door. Our home has a large master suit and great room on the main floor. Main level also has a game room, wet bar, and a very open kitchen. Upstairs has another master bedroom, loft area, second bedroom and another bathroom. There is a huge deck off the great room with patio furniture and a grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
